Adjusting Page Width of "Pages" within Shopify Store (Debut Theme)

I've looked at a few threads but having a hard time figuring out the following --

I'm trying to make this "test" page look like this screenshot by using the Shopify's HTML editor within Pages, but I'm having a hard time with the top portion of the page.

I'd like this top portion to stretch full width, but not sure where to edit this even after looking at other threads.

The theme.css file?  The page.liquid file?  Making changes within the HTML editor is not working for me.

Note: I do want the footer to remain exactly as it is elsewhere on the site.

There are couple of blank div in the page.
Remove the below

<div class="section-header text-center">
</div>

Then add a CSS

@media only screen and (min-width:750px){
.template-page .main-content {
    padding-top: 0;
}
}

THis is how it looks

Hi Anthony - thank you for your suggestion - that's not exactly what I'm going for, though.

In the screenshot I attached, you can see that on desktop, the first section is flush w/ the header and also bleeds off the left-side of the page.  Do you have any ideas on how to make that work?
