How can I move the announcement bar to the bottom on my website?

Hi,

Open the theme code and find theme.liquid and find announcment bar section included , cut it from here and paste before footer that is also included.

I see you have already added bar at bottom by app, so now you can just disable top bar form theme customize editor.
