Avone Theme Newsletter Popup Intervals

Hello! We have a dilemma with our newsletter sign-up pop-up. If it is set to 10 seconds, for example, then it pops up every 10 seconds. If we set it to 5 minutes, then no one will see it for a full 5 minutes. We would love for it to pop up within the first 20 seconds or so, and then not again for 30 mins. or more. There is a little box that says "please don't show this pop up again" but no one reads it. Instead, they get frustrated. Any thoughts or suggestions?

Hi. Our theme settings do not allow for any additional control. However, we may have another solution through Omnisend app. Thank you....
