Blurry Photo on About Page - Debut Theme

My photo is coming up blurry on the About page. I've tried changing the image size. Currently, this image is 1024x1024 px. PNG. Changing the size or type of file doesn't seem to change the outcome. 

Please help!

Hi, Thank you for your response. When I open the PNG from my computer, it's not blurry. It only blurs when it gets into the About page. I've tried uploading different file types, and even making the image much larger (and on my end, at a larger size, it's still clear). 

Any suggestions?
