Broken HTML error

I've followed a tutorial on how to add a product customizable template code to customize a product, its showing up on the product page but i have now got a broken HTML error in that code. I was wondering if anyone could tell me what to look for.

Hi, I’ve solved the broken html now thank you! Although my other problem is that the product customisation is showing up on the product page but not in the cart or checkout so I don’t know what the customer has written in the customisation box.

I’ve done that and followed all the suggested steps however I can’t get it to show up in the cart or at checkout
