Hi all, I would like to change the colour of my nav bar text to #c8027b but I cannot figure out how to do this. My site is luminous-ireland.myshopify.com and the entry password is 123.

Hi Luke. Walter from microDev here (Shopify Partner).

what you want to do is go to the “Theme” option in your Shopify Admin online store, and press the “Customize” button. Then on the left hand side, the list of sections on your home page will be displayed. Click on the “Header” section and then find the option near the top which says “Links and icons”. The colour selected there is what determines the colour of text in your navigation bar.

If you need any further support or help with customisations of your website, please feel free to intact me at support@microdev.today.

All the best!

Hi Walter

I followed your instructions as I need to change the main navigation text color from white to Black on my home page too. When you get to your last step, the option for Links and Icons is not available in Brooklyn. I just see options for Menu (to set what menu you want appearing), Logo, Logo for home page, and announcment bar.

Is there an easy way to change the nav text colour on Brooklyn withough having to go into the code?

I had a look under Theme Settings > Colours  but there doesnt seem to be anything in there either.

To clarify, I dont want a background colour on my main navigation, just to be able to change the text colour from the default white on my home page to black like the rest of my site.

Thanks in advance!
