Brooklyn theme : Hello I would like to modify my social link at the footer

Hello. I would like to add the discord server link, so I tried to edit the code by myself.

I have added this code

it shows the discord link, however, I don't know how I could bring up the discord icon.

I added discord icon to my assets, but I don't know how I could use it here to show it at the footer ;(
