Brooklyn theme, contact form

Hello, I have no idea how to add a contact form to the brooklyn theme!!

Can anyone help?

Hey Ivan,

You actually have the ability to make a Contact form in Pages,:

Most themes come with one built in! Start by making a Contact Us page, then change the template to page.contact. A form will appear and you can link that Page in the navigation.

Let me know if that doesn't make sense!

I would like to edit and add additional boxes to the exisitng Contact form in Brooklyn.

I have been able to duplicate exisiting boxes but cannot rename them ... so I currenlty have duplicates of 'Name' and 'Phone Number', which I would like to appear as 'Company Name' and 'VAT number' etc.?

Can anyone help?
