Can I remove the option of drop down menu in mobile?

My client would like the same setup on website and mobile, aka, keep the header pages on the homepage rather than as a side bar when on mobile. The website is dolmanpools.com with the Brooklyn Theme. Please advise and thank you.

To make the menu as you want, it needs change some code in your theme.
You can find an expert, who can help you update theme code
