please can someone help me to remove those because at the page dont have any option.

Add the following code at the bottom of your assets/style.css file.

.ptb-100, .single-contact-content {
    padding: 0px !important;
}
.contact-form-area {
    padding: 85px 15px 100px !important;
}

    display: none;
}
