Can't Scroll to Checkout Button if Too Many Items in Cart on Context Theme

I am using the Context theme and noticed that if there are more than 3 items in the cart you can't see the Checkout Button in the Cart Pop-Up. How can I fix this? Is there specific code I have to change or add? It works on mobile but not on computer.  Thanks!
