Center Collection Page Titles & Products (Also Centered) - Please Assist

Hey everyone - I need to center my collection page titles, and also the products on my collection pages.  I am using Minimal theme.

Can someone please help?  I can edit the coding changes required if you could share your recommendation.  Thank you!

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

.shopify-section .section-header__title {text-align: center;}

Thank you for your response.  Unfortunately that did not help.  It did not center my page title or my products on the collection page.  Any other suggestions?

i mean which text do you have like center give this section screenshot

As you can see, the title is off to the left still with an indentation, and the products on the page are not centered.

If I could bring the title to the center, even if it was one line down, that's be great.  Then if there was a way to center the products on the collection pages, again it would be preferable.
