Change Background for entire site to an image for Debut Theme

I'm having issues changing the background on the Debut theme. I've followed the instructions from countless questions with no luck. 

The site is https://a-touch-of-kay-glam-kollection.myshopify.com/

All you have to do is upload the image to the Shopify CDN. Go to settings in the bottom left, then click files (paperclip icon). You should be able to upload a file there, then it will provide you a link. Copy that link and put it between the parenthesis after URL. It will look something like:

background: url(https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0561/0261/files/your-file.jpg);
}

• then click on Theme. scss
• now search "basic style"
• paste this code

}
