Change 'Size' Language on products

I am trying to change 'Size' I want it to read 'Binding Options' as I am only selling books and have no need for 'size'. I can't seem to find the area in language to change this setting.

can you please check the language edit option to the product

I look in the edit language in my store, under the product tag, but I do not see a section to change 'size'. Is there another area that isn't online store > edit language, where this setting might be?

oops, sorry Size is your variant name so can you please check your variant name then change it

I'm sorry, I'm having a hard time finding this 'product admin'. Do you mean under /admin/products ??

Or on the product page itself? I tried to use the 'product type' but that doesn't seem to change 'size' to be 'binding options'

I must be missing a step. I found this on the product page, but it doesn't allow me to change 'size' on this page either
