Change search icon to text

I'm using Pipeline theme and am trying to change the search icon in the top navigation to text. I've tried several posted solutions, but none of them work. Would appreciate any tips.

Goto online store -> Navigation. Check your main navigation and there must be a search there so please correct it to text.

Thank you for your quick reply. I already checked the navigation and something in the theme code appears to be automatically changing the text to an icon. This is the navigation setting:

Yes, it seems correct. Please check your sections/header.liquid file. There is a "nav" tag and inside that there must be a coded "<img" tag for search. You need to remove that and put text instead.

I don't see an img tag in the search part of the nav. Just for the account login.
