Changing Newsletter Sign up Box fill - Motion Theme

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if anyone knows how to change the fill color of the newsletter sign up input in the footer? And how can I change the email icon sign up to an actual button that says "sign up"? Any help is much appreciated!
