Changing and adding social icons in footer

Hi I am using the Venture theme and I would like to change the Instagram Icon in my footer menu.

I would also like to add a TikTok Icon to the footer.

This is how my footer currently looks

Here is the TikTok Icon I would like to add.

Here is the Instagram Icon I would like to update.

Both Icons also need to be connected to links!

if you need an SVG file or HTML embed link I can also provide it.

I tried, I think we can add it by manually edit the code from your store.
