Changing heading width in FLOW theme

Hi all

I am trying to use FLOW theme and I would like to be able to change the width of the header in the slideshow section I am using on the homepage. At the moment the text I want to use rolls over onto 2 lines even though there would be enough room on the screen to have it all on one line.

Please can you help?

My store is https://phomouk.myshopify.com/ and I would like to amend the words VIETNAMESE PHO on the homepage to be wider so they don't go onto 2 lines.

My website is currently password protected so do you need this too?
