I the order status page, I need to change the tracking URL - we'd like to use an external service (7track) that provides much more accurate tracking than the crappy track_chinapost.com that shopify puts as default for epackets.
We have tried everything, but nothing seems to work. The liquid file customer.order does not seem to do anything.
Any help will be awesome.

For this example, if you ensure you are choosing `other` when fulfilling an order, and enter the tracking URL every time for your new provider, you would be able to change the tracking URL.
You may be able to go back and update the current URLs also if you need to!

You can try the Shipment Tracking & Notify app. Once you fulfill the orders along with the tracking number and carrier, Shopify sends a confirmation email to your customer along with the link to the order status page, where they find the tracking number.
If you use the app, when your customer clicks on the tracking number, it will redirect to the app's tracking page, where accurate tracking information will be provided regarding the order.
