Clickable Image Slide Without Button - Simple Theme

I haven't been able to find a direct answer that doesn't point to shopify's paid job service or with a different theme such as debut.  I'm guessing cause shopify wants to include clickable images in their paid themes?

Anyways all I want is your bread-and-butter image slide without buttons to be clickable on the simple theme.  The buttons are messy and don't translate well on varying image types.  

What code should I place and where?

This is Evita from On The Map.

It requires paid job service because you can't code this unless you have some coding experience in liquid. It's a lot harder than CSS coding. But if you want to build it, then wrap your slider images in <a href="www.example.com"></a> tag.
