Clickable slides, transparent slides bar, more positions for the button over the slide

Hello there

We're creating a store, and we're using the Debut theme, but some things are bothering us. Mainly the Slideshow, which doesn't allow clickable images (to a URL), the clickable button is not fully positionable or resizeable in a way where we could put it the full size of the slide and transparent to allow clicking; nor the slide bar can be hidden while the mouse is not over the slide.

I saw some solutions from a year or so ago, but they did not work probably because the theme is updated.

I know a little about CSS, HTML etc, but is too much code to learn for now. At least hide the bar I did with CSS. We want just the slides images to be clickable, and it would help a lot.
