Collection Pagination Duplicated to the TOP of my collection pages. (Avenue Theme)

I would like to Duplicate the numbers to change pages on the site from below all the products to above all the products. I have looked into many other articles about doing this and a lot of people are requesting it but nobody is seeming to find the solution and anyone that has found the solution has a completely different liquid layout then me. Appreciate any help I can get!
