Contact form submission not working (Envy - by WeTheme)

So the contact form on my page is not sending emails to me anymore.

I have two stores with the same theme "Envy" by "WeTheme" and contact forms for either one are not working now. Once you click submit it says message sent, and email receives nothing at all.

The settings --> general is configured correctly, previously it also was working fine for somet time but not it just isnt

Any help is appreciated

Has worked fine then all of a sudden has stopped working. 

I've tried speak to Shopify support but no resolution so far.

Did you manage to find a solution?

We gave up in the end and installed the Form Builder app. The free version had everything we needed, and is actually more user friendly than the Envy contact form.
