Create a Sub-Menu below Header

Hello everyone,

Anyone know how can I get some of the collections to be in a sub-menu below the header without moving the Cart/Account? Currently using the Brooklyn theme.

I don't mean drop down menus..I mean put the collections under the header. Like the image I attached.
