Create a fixed background image section that don't move when scrolling down - Wonify theme

Hi guys, I am using Wonfiy theme. I was wondering if I could achieve something like this pic below in this site: https://en.mokee.eu/

That is, when you scroll down, the image itself does not move, it's fixed on the background, and using a transparent section box to make it alive.

Does anyone know how to do this, will be appreciative of any advice given, thanks in advance!!

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/custom_code.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.
