Create a page for login/create account

Hi,

I'm trying to create a page that has both log in and create an account options.
I am using the supply theme, and have edited the code to how I like most things, except this!

On the log in page, under "sign in" button, there is "or return to site". I want to change the return to site to be "create an account", that instead links to the create an account page I have. I just can't figure out how.

Either that, or i'd like the log in page to have both the log in field, and create an account field together.
I have set this up as a temporary thing so they are already both on one page, but I can't seem to get the forms to go side by side and not on top of each other.

Is anyone able to help at all?
