Currency Formatting Inconsistency

I have set the currency format to ${{amount}} in Settings General; however, on my Collection pages and Catalog pages, products with prices that are whole dollars are showing up without ".00" but are showing with with the ".00" on the individual product pages.  Example - a product will show up as $7.00 on the product page but as $7 on the collection and catalog pages.  I thought the formatting setting would cover all page types.  How can I get the collection and catalog pages to show $7.00 also?

Which theme do you happen to be using? Also, in your settings > general page does your currency formatting setup look like this? 

Feel free to share your settings. With these settings on the Debut theme in my test store, my store shows prices consistently between my product, collection, and homepage. It's also important to note if have/had any apps related to product pricing/formatting installed on your store as that could be impacting it as well.
