Hi guys,

I am using the Pacific Theme from Pixel Union and would like to add a custom font. I used this youtube tutorial for this. however, my settings_schema.json file is structured differently. Therefore I have no possibility to access the typo. The code looks like this:

{
"name": "typography",
"settings": [

{
"type": "header",
"content": "global"
},
{
"type": "range",
"id": "font_size_base",
"min": 15,
"max": 18,
"step": 1,
"unit": "px."
"label": "base font size"
"default": 16
"options": [

do you have a tip on how to add the custom font?

THANKS!

Hello @Isso,

Reference video is an old Shopify video.

Now Shopify has been changed. You have to change the font from theme.css

So there's no way to add if you use Adobe Fonts (Typekit), right, since I don't have access to the WOFF files?

I know how to edit the liquid file to reference my typekit script and have done that, however I'd like to edit my theme's json file rather than having to use CSS to call up every cascading instance (changing at the body, heading, paragraph, and listing levels proved insuffficient, and I cannot seem to get SCSS compilation working properly for the theme I purchased; some component references are missing; commenting out the references doesn't help: they still come up in Codekit as missing).  Any sugggestion?  We're trying to migrate from a different platform but absolutely want to keep using our brand font; it's not in Google Fonts.

Different theme than the poster's, but same idea
