Custom Theme en.default.json has "too many translation keys"

Hello,

I am uploading custom theme to my store and am unable to save the en.default.json file when it has more than approximately 3000 translations. Phone support has referred me to post here as the only spec is for theme uploads to shopify marketplace which is explicitly "unlimited" so I'm not sure why I'm maxing out.  The error doesn't explicitly say how far above the limit I am, but it seems to work when I delete down to sub 3000 lines, though there are missing translations when publishing and this is not a solution. Please help

BTW for those using the Udesly Webflow to Shopify adapter, when converting your site with Udesly, disabling Translations in adapter options will let you get through this. You don't get to use any multilingual translations (smh Shopify), but it won't render your site unusable.
