Custom text on product page above CTA button

Hi there,

I would like to add custom Delivery estimates text above the CTA button on our product pages. 

Please can you guide me on how to do that?

The message on the image is for our Pre-order items (once an item in stock gets to 0 quantity, it goes to pre-order - we use an app for this) but I would like to add 'Deliveries in 2-3 days' for our items in stock.

Please let me know how to do this.

Ideally, all products in-stock should have 2-3 days delivery message displayed and all pre-order products - 15-30 days delivery msg.

Thank you for your help. I managed to add the text and now I need to set a rule so the text appears only for products which are in stock. Please could you guide me on how to do that?

I have added this code to my product.liquid: <p class="line-item-property__field"> <label>Deliveries in 2 to 3 Days </label><br> </p>
