Customer should checkout through OTP

Hello,

I want my customer to login by OTP sent on their number phone. I was checking one of our competitor's websites that is based on Shopify and found that if I click on the "Add to cart" or "But Now" buttons, It asks to enter the phone number then it sends OTP. After entering the OTP it proceeds. How can I do that on our Shopify Store? Please see the screenshot below. Thank you

I would like to inform you that one of our competitor's websites has this option. If we click on add to cart or but now then it asks to enter the phone number. You can see the screenshot above. Just wanted to know how he has done that
