Customizable Products On 'Debutify' Theme

Hi all. I have added the 'Debutify' theme to my shop and would love to make some of my products personalizable but don't know how to code it. Can anyone help out? Would love to create two separate input fields where customers could type in and make one field 'required' and the other 'optional'. Thank you in advance!
