Customize checkout page

Hi,

I would like to add a standard and fix note in the Checkout page (under the Total). My purpose is reassure local customers that even if they see the checkout in US $, the payment will be in the local currency at delivery. Is it possible to add such an explanation?

checkout page customization allows to only for Shopify plus plan doesn't any other plan so sorry
