Customizing notification according to a product

Hi, I'd like to customizing my confirmation order notification according to one of my product, but it doesn't seem to work for now. 

I've added this line 

{% if line.title contains 'cylindre' %}
<p>These are the instructions for the cylindre</p>
{% endif %}

So far, it doesn't do anything when I clicked on "Preview".
