Debut Theme: Adding a short product description above the add to cart button.

Hello,

I would like to add a short/brief product description above the add to cart button on the right hand side, while maintain the longer/full product description below everything.

I already did the last part by moving this part a few lines down inside product-template.liquid:

<div class="product-single__description rte">
          {{ product.description }}
  </div>

But I still want a short/brief description above the purchase button on the right side. Please see my screenshot for where I want the brief description to go:

I am not sure if Debut supports something like this, as I'm unsure what boxes I would actually put the two different descriptions in. If that's how it has to work?

BONUS REQUEST: If you know how to change the paypal button into something a little less "angry yellow", that'd be much appreciated also! :)

Thanks so much!

TJ.

For that bonus request, it actually shows up like this in the preview, but not in the webshop itself, and I don't know why.

This is an accepted solution.

Hey, Just found the solution I was looking for.

Take a look at this thread -> post by  BoPrice.

Essentially it is using the 'Search engine listing preview' in the product set up page to be presented on the product page.

I added this code to the product-template.liquid  right below the price.

<div class="product_seo_description">
          <h5>
            {% if page_description %}
{{ page_description }}
{% endif %}
            </h5>
      </div>

Let me know if you need some help:)
