Debut Theme - Collection Graphic Height - 50% Less

I feel dumb asking this, but I have gone through the code for collections and for the life of me can not find this.  

Site: stylizedthrift.com and go into any catalog to bring up sub collections (there are a ton of sub collections and the change I am requesting I want to apply to all).

If you go inside a collection you get a corresponding header graphic and the text which goes with it...which is great.  However it appears to be 400 pixels or so tall and I only want it to be 200 (ie half of what it currently is).  I do not need that large of a collection header graphic.  Having it be full width is great, I only want the height to be half of what it currently is.

Yes, I keep trying to edit as much as I can. I have also ripped out the
description code as I will never use it. I have a feeling I must have
missed some of that residual code as I think that is what is making that
imaging taller than I want it. I would really like that image only about
150 pixels in height if possible.

The existing bar is say 400 pixels high. I want it to be 200. It is far
too tall when there will never be a description in there. Too much open
graphic space.

can you please try this 

1. Go to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
2. Asset->/theme.scss.liquid->paste below code at the bottom of the file.

Hi there!  That made my home screen images much larger which was not the goal (I am happy with those). 

The images I need to make smaller are my inside collection headers.  IE the women's fashions header here: https://stylizedthrift.com/collections/womens

It is far too tall and takes up too much space.  That same bar exists on nearly every page and I would like it to be half the size on all.  Thanks!
