Debut Theme Flutters when trying to look at product and add to cart

is anybody having problems with the Debut Theme fluttering when you are looking at product and trying to add to the cart??

We have had the same issue with the Debut Theme.  Several people have had the the screen or their smartphone flutter when trying to checkout.  Adding credit card information and other during the checkout process, the screen finally frustrates them and they abandon cart. This happened for them when trying to pay with PayPal and through credit card.  It also seems the issue may be with iphone devices, not 100% sure on this point.

Any ideas?  Thanks
