Debut Theme Hide Mega Menu on searchbar open

Hello, I'm using the Debut theme and Mega Menu, when I open the search menu it looks like this 

How do I change the search bar so that everything below it isn't visible?

Please add the following code at the bottom of your assets/theme.css file.

.horizontal-mega-menu{
z-index: 5;
}
