Debut Theme different disable/enable secion based on Mobile or Desktop

Hi There,

I'm looking to add a different image for mobile and for desktop and wanted to know how to set it up so a section does not show if they are on mobile/desktop? I would have two sections then for the website main image one for mobile and one for desktop
