Debut Theme - opacity of Hero Overlay

 Hello.

In the Debut theme, I can't find a slider that adjusts the opacity of the overlay layer with the text on top of the hero image. I would like to set things so that the hero image is bolder (less overlay) than it currently is. I don't know what I would change in CSS. Thanks.
