Debut Theme - remove uppercase headings and change font on product description

Hello, I would like to know how to do the following in the debut theme 

- I’d like all of the headings to be in regular writing, not all uppercase 

-I’d like the product headings to be in the same font as my main body text, but if possible keep the heading font when on the product page.

Your heading is not in uppercase. Also, I noticed that your product title is showing in a different font. Please provide a screenshot of which text you want normally.

Hi, so in the first photo the product title is the same font as my other headers but I’d like to make it the same as the main body text instead (pacifo is lovely but it’s too hard to read on product descriptions). On the second photo you can see “new” header but it’s all in capitals, even though I’ve inputted in lowercase but just capitalised the N. I don’t see anywhere to edit this in the regular theme editor, so I assume I need to add or change some code? But I don’t know enough about css/html.
