Debut theme - Favicon not showing

I had a look at your website, and I can see your favicon appearing as expected:

• Is this the image you uploaded?
• Do you see something else? Perhaps you can share a screenshot with me.
• If you don't see anything in place of the favicon, please make sure to try the local troubleshooting steps I shared in my last message.

Hey, 

I'm glad you can see it!  It looks like this on my computer...

I've cleared the cache already.  I'm using safari atm, i'll try chrome.

Yep it comes up correctly in chrome.  Does that mean it won't work on safari??

Oh good, I am glad you were able to see it, @MandyLT.

It definitely works in Safari too! Here's a screenshot from a Safari web browser:

If I'm not mistaken then you actually have to edit your Safari browser settings to allow favicons to appear. Head to Safari > Preferences > Tabs > check the option to show website icons as such:

The other thing I noticed in the latest Safari update, is you must have more than one tab open to see the favicon of each site.

That setting was already checked and i can see other favicons.  Please see screenshot below.  Thanks for your help.

That's definitely strange, @MandyLT.

Can you open your website tab in a private window on Safari and show me a screenshot of what you see then? 

If that doesn't work, can you confirm the following:

        ☐ Device you are using
        ☐ Software version on the device
        ☑ Safari is up to date, as per your screenshot

It still doesn't show up in a private browsing window.  Please see screenshot below.  I'm using Mac book pro, Catalina OS.  Thanks.

Early 2015 Macbook Pros can be upgraded to the latest iOS update Big Sur 11.0. Since your Safari browser is completely up to date, your device should also be updated to ensure they can run smoothly together and there is no local cacheing or interference. 

This is super important as it will help us rule out local issues to your device. Follow up with me as soon as you are able to complete the latest upgrade to look at next steps.

Hi Olivia, 

Big Sur is now installed on my Mac but the Safari favicon is still showing the shopify icon, not my own.  Any help is greatly appreciated.
