Display more products per Collection Page in DEBUT Theme

My Debut Theme store currently displays a maximum of 8 products per collection page (2 rows of 4).  So if I have 11 products in that collection the customer has to click "page 2" to see the other 3.

How can set it so all products in each collection are displayed on a single page?  Or at least let me increase the number displayed per page to 20.

You can adjust this value by opening the Theme Customizer, choose "Collection pages" from the drop down and then on the lefthand side click on "Collection pages" section, you'll see the following screen where you can play with the cols/rows.

Is this theme specific?  I am not seeing these drop downs in "Debut".

I figured it out.  After getting into customize theme I then had to click on the drop down link for my store and click on one of the links.  This then opened the graphic shown above which lets you change the amount of products displayed.
