Displaying price as giveaway entries

Hello, 

How can I have the price of all products displayed as something else. In my case, I need $1 = 1 giveaway entry on the collection pages. 

I want to mimic this site. 

Any help would be appreciated!

I need a sticker or badge to show on the collection pages below the product showing the number of entries that product will get. 

For instance, a shirt may be $25 dollars, therefor it has the blue sticker saying 25 entries. Is there some sort of code I can add that will recognize the $# and convert it to # Entries as a badge?
