Drop down menu not working on mobile

The drop down menu on my site is not clickable on mobile. I am using the Icon theme. My shop just went live and it worked in preview fine. ANy suggestions or help?

The photo on the right shows the menu bars but when you click on it it does not have the menu that is supposed to slide out. The left photo is what it looks like in editor on desktop.

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

Hi. I have a similar problem where my currency and product variant/colour drop down menus are bugging and stop working. This is only happening on mobile for android devices, desktop and iPhones don't have this problem. Any solutions would be great thanks!?

I have tested it on 2 different android mobile devices through chrome browser. Then with an iPhone as well. All three are having the same problem. Sometimes the product variant options can all work for a minute and then stop working once you start changing pages and browsing through the site? The currency menu will not drop down majority of the time but the rest of the menu works perfectly fine. Thanks!

It seems to be an intermittent problem where it could happen when first opening the site, then work for a while and stop again. Or it could work as soon as you go on the site but then stop working when browsing around to different sections/categories etc.
