Drop down menus on product page

Hello. On my product pages I want the 'features' and 'specifications' to be drop down menus that the customer can control, I used the screenshot below as an example of what I want. How would I do this? Thankyou

It would need customization to implement this feature, Unfortunately, there is no simple solution otherwise I will be happy to help you.
