Editing margins and font size on Blockshop theme

Hello, I would like to make some small adjustments to a website I'm working on and I don't know what's the right coding to do that. I'm currently using the Blockshop theme and all I would like to do is make the heading fonts larger than what the theme has and to adjust the margins/padding on some sections. On the theme customizer I'm limited to three options: small, medium, large.

Can anyone help me with figuring out the code for it?
