Can you tell me how you are trying to send an email to your customers? Is it from inside Shopify when you are sending out the invoice or fulfillment confirmation, or is this from your email provider?

Hi dallas thank you for taking the time to reply. My problem is in sending an email from inside shopify, if i was having a problem anywhere outside of .myshopify.com i wouldnt bother here. but to be more specific this is where i am sending the email from within shopify.
