Footer codes- brooklyn theme

Hello - Hoping someone can help me, what code do I need to plug into my store to be able to view my footer this way (see below). I am using the Brooklyn theme and it only allows for 1 menu to be used and the title is not visible. How can I fix this? Thank you for your response and help in advance.
