Fresh reset theme not working(its import old theme settings)

hey i got a problem with my theme i seen that something is missing (the quantity box): so i tryed import the default theme without changes but still not works

heres how it looks in my real account when i import the default theme its still don't show quantity and sync with old  settings:

as you can see theres no quantity box my site is:   to see the product just type Copy in search bar

and i also tried use older files code version but its too late cause i don't see older version
